02—Feedback

We will carefully review your application and - in the case of an advertised position - make a pre-selection within the team and with the relevant department. Professional suitability for a position is key. However, we may also be very interested in candidates from other disciplines and career changers: Show us in your application what assets and skills make you relevant to us. We are always open to and curious about new talent. We will contact you after the screening process, even if we do not follow up your application.

03—Getting to know each other
