Of course, we know our way around a box: maximum standard, maximum efficiency. But we are really good at developing tailor-made solutions for special challenges. After all, no two car parks are the same. There is always something different: local conditions, desired utilisation goals, client needs, etc. Our MSCPs are a perfect reflection of their requirements. And that’s a good thing: building a new car park or extending an existing one is a major investment. It is therefore important that the solution is a perfect match for the challenge. But nobody wants a tailor-made solution for every little detail. That is why Huber Parking has developed a composite steel system that allows short construction times thanks to prefabricated elements – and thus a high degree of planning security thanks to short interim financing periods. At the same time, this modular system leaves plenty of room for individual ideas. This allows us to develop solutions that are precisely tailored to your needs while keeping costs low and, above all, transparent. This is what really sets us apart from other providers. Huber Parking has basically turned flexibility into a system.
Construction System.
Quality? Durable.
The steel columns and beams for Huber Parking multi-storey car parks are manufactured according to our specifications in our steel construction plan and then hot-dip galvanised to protect them from corrosion. The precast concrete units for the staircases are manufactured at the same time. All system components are delivered to site at precisely the right time to ensure that the installation sequence is adhered to. Once the steel scaffolding is in place, the laying of the ceiling system begins. Our additive floor system consists of profiled, coated ceiling floor slabs. These are reinforced and poured on site. This saves the cost of transporting heavy precast floors. This system also creates a more homogenous floor surface. Once the concrete has set properly, we protect it with a surface coating to prevent chlorides from penetrating.
