Highlight

Façade

The façade, designed by Munich-based par terre Architekten, is a highlight: louvres in yellow, white, green and blue change depending on the angle of approach, giving the building a dynamic appearance. Natural ventilation is ensured by targeted ventilation cross-sections.

The focus is on accessibility and safety: two stairwells, each equipped with transparent steel and glass panelling and a lift, provide convenient access. A number plate recognition system also allows barrier-free entry and exit with prior reservation. The concept is rounded off by energy-saving LED lighting, which provides uniform illumination and an enhanced sense of security.
