- You get your project up and running and integrate the external partners.
- You are responsible for the technical handling of our construction projects.
- You will work together with the project planning and construction management teams to optimise the execution of the construction project and will be the head of the project.
- You will ensure smooth communication with clients/customers (m/f/d) and subcontractors (m/f/d) and provide them with expert support.
- You award the subcontractor services and are responsible for the budget.
- Quality control is one of your tasks.
- You draw up the construction schedule and monitor deadlines.
- You support the site management in all matters.
- On completion of the construction project, you carry out acceptance and invoicing.

- There’s a lot to do: the versatility of project management excites you and you enjoy learning new things.
- You have professional experience in turnkey construction, ideally in industrial and multi-storey car park construction, but your experience in other areas is also valuable to us.
- You have a degree in civil engineering/architecture or equivalent.
- You are confident in costing, construction planning and execution, and you are not afraid of VOB and contracts.
- You like to take responsibility for your project and work with foresight, acting rather than reacting.

- Our construction projects are spread all over Germany and you are prepared to travel there on a weekly basis. Of course, travelling time is working time and you drive your company car.

Of course, we know our way around a box: maximum standard, maximum efficiency. But we are really good at developing tailor-made solutions for special challenges.
